In 2020 we inaugurate the mentoring program whose purpose is to connect astronomers in training with advanced astronomers. The program is focused on guiding students in Colombia who are interested in becoming professional astronomers. On this page you will find everything related to our mentoring program.
GOALS
Provide concise information so that students interested in becoming professional astronomers can project their professional future. The program connects astronomers in training with advanced astronomers in their careers (mentors) who will advise the student to project his career. The program is designed so that participants:
LEARN ABOUT POSTGRADUATE OPPORTUNITIES IN COLOMBIA AND ABROAD.
COMPLETE THE APPLICATION MATERIALS (GRE, TOEFL, CV, MOTIVATION LETTER ETC…)
EXPAND YOUR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
CHOOSE UNIVERSITIES THAT FIT YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR INTERESTS.
